Silvestri Homes built our new home in Little Bear Village in 2011, and we now have been in our new home for almost two months. Before this new home, we had been in our first home in Oak Creek Village for 7 years. As our home progressed, from the excavation to the final walk through, the SILVESTRI construction team remained professional and courteous at all times on our weekly visits. As promised, just prior to our closing, your detail guy Greg corrected our pre-closing punch list and after 60 days our 60 day punch list was efficiently completed.
The quality and choices of exterior and interior building materials the SILVESTRI'S offer are exceptional. The interior suppliers and experienced sales staff at their conveniently-located design centers guided us into coordinating the cabinets, flooring, walls, counters, lighting, plumbing fixtures and appliances so that our homes's interior evolved in a smooth transition to installation. The patience and knowledge of all the suppliers, including the landscapers, clearly have been extremely helpful for us as first-time homebuilders.
You both have created a successful work culture for providing great customer care by listening, communicating efficiently and of course building a quality product. Both Tom and I are thankful to have the good fortune to own a custom-built SILVESTRI home.

We decided to build with SILVESTRI Homes because of the quality they offered and the reputation of excellence SILVESTRI has in the home industry. This decision was not made lightly due to building our home while living overseas, which in itself is highly stressful. We needed a builder that was going to be able to communicate effectively and consistently. We made the correct decision. Carlo, himself, kept us up to date via the internet with weekly emails(including video and pictures). Knowing that Carlo personally was there dailey at our home made us feel very comfortable that everything was being done correctly. Furthermore, after meeting with Carlo and discussing what SILVESTRI offers in their homes, we discovered that many of the features in our home is standard for SILVESTRI, but are upgrades for other builders!

In an additional note, the aftercare has been just as amazing. If there has been any issues, Carlo has dealt with them swiftly and has continued to check to make sure things are working properly. Subcontractors are an important factor with any builder and I can say that the ones that I have met with have been kind, courteous, and professional.
