SILVESTRI HAS STARTED SEVEN NEW SPEC HOMES.

Januaary 29th, 2012. Update on SILVESTRI spec homes.
1) Lot 7650 Meadows. Marcello Deluxe. The interior trim crew is hand cutting and installing all the woodworking in the home. The cabinets have been set and granite tops for all the baths and kitchen are soon to be installed. Please come visit and check out the view of the six acre lake. This home will be complete and ready for move in 1st week of April, 2012. FEBRUARY 12TH 2012 UPDATE. The interior painters are now filling nail holes and preping the woodwork and walls for the final coats of paint and stain. MARCH 3RD 2012 UPDATE. We are finishing the inside and outside of this home. The granite kitchen tops and bathroom tops have been installed. All the tile flooring as well as hardwood flooring have also been installed. The lighting and plumbing fixtures are being installed. This Home will be ready for move in by the end of March.
2) Lot 7651 Meadows. Antonio with den. This home is also in the interior trim / cabinet stage and will be complete the 2nd week of April, 2012. FEBRUARY 12TH 2012 UPDATE. This home is also in the interior paint stage. March 3rd 2012 update. We are still on schedule for a mid April finish.
3) Lot 7653 Meadows. The Valerie. The drywall is up and the finish crew is busy hand finishing the drywall and ceilings. This home will be complete the 3rd week of April, 2012. FEBRUARY 12TH 2012 UPDATE. The interior trim crew is in the process of installing the interior trim as well as the custom cabinets throughout this home.
4) Lot 7642 Meadows. The new SILVESTRI parade home. This awesome new home is in rough mechanical stage. The plumbing, hvac, electric, and home smart prewire work are complete. The insulation crew will be next to preform their work. Please visit the 2012 BIA parade of homes starting in mid JUNE, 2012. FEBRUARY 12th 2012 UPDATE. This home is now insulated and ready for the drywall process to start. MARCH 3RD 2012 UPDATE. The drywall crew is complete with all the drywall and ceiling work. The hardwood flooring crew as well as the interior trim crew will be starting this coming week. On the exteriorof the home the HARDIPLANK is almost complete. The HARDIPLANK looks awesome.
5) Lot 5740 Harvest Wind. Revised Priscilla. The windows, tyvek house wrap, and roof are now installed. The rough mechanicals will be installed in the next few weeks. This home will be ready for move in by the 2nd week of May, 2012. FEBRUARY 12TH 2012 UPDATE. The rough mechanicals are now complete and the rough mecahnical inspection are being preformed. MARCH 3RD 2012 UPDATE. The drywall crew has now started hanging and finishing the drywall.
6) Lot 7565 Little Bear. New 5 level split. The windows, tyvek house wrap, and roof are now installed. This home will also be available for move in by the 2nd week of May, 2012. Check out the view of the golf course. FEBRUARY 12TH 2012 UPDATE. The rough mechanicals are now complete. MARCH 3rd 2012 update. The drywall crew has started hanging and finishing the drywall.
7) Lot 7647 Lakeshore, The Anthony, the current Silvestri model home. Silvestri will be in our new model home by the end of March, 2012
