My wife and I are first time home owners who are extremely happy that we chose Silvestri Homes to build our new custom home at Lakeshore and would strongly recommend them to any potential customer.
What attracted us first to the builders is their formidable reputation for quality, trust and close personal care and supervision that the brothers Joe and Carlo Silvestri provide. Being a family-owned firm that builds strong bonds and values its relationships with customers, Silvestri was able to provide us a very special and customized experience throughout the building process.
Silvestri is a true custom builder – both Joe and Carlo spent hours with us understanding our needs, guiding us through our thought process, preparing and modifying conceptual drawings (and believe us, there were a lot of changes!), being extremely flexible with the timelines for financing and closing, and readily accommodating many changes during the build phase. Amazingly, with all the customization, the brothers easily beat the timeline for completion by more than a month!
We realized that the Silvestri brothers leverage their close personal attention in providing the very high standard of quality that the firm is reputed for. This is reinforced by their strong relationships with their partners and suppliers – all of whom without exception are extremely accommodating in treating Silvestri clients as their own. Needless to say, the excellent quality of materials and the detailed workmanship that they provided in our home is a characteristic of every Silvestri house we have visited.
Most, if not all, Silvestri clients will readily agree that of all the custom builders in the Columbus area, Silvestri Homes provides the highest value for the money. "UPSCALE DETAILS AND FEATURES, WORK DIRECT WITH BUILDER"
We wanted a quality built home and Silvestri had the perfect floor plan. We really liked the Pittsburg II but wanted to make a few changes to personalize our new home. Joe and Carlo personalized our glass block walk in shower and did a unique southwest texture on our walls that my husband and I help the drywall contractor develop on site. The Silvestri brothers worked with us through the entire process to ensure we had exactly what we wanted. Silvestri homes have upscale features both inside and out which make their homes stand out from the other builders. The Silvestri brothers are easy to work with and made the building of our new home a fun experience.

Dear Joe and Carlo Silvestri: After being married for nearly four years, my wife and I decided to build our dream home. A lot of factors went into which builder we would trust with our most important purchase. We spent a great amount of time looking into many builders. After talking with several friends, Silvestri Homes commitment to quality, custominzation and value kept coming up.
We were pleased right out of the gate with the personal touch Silvestri Homes offered. Our initial meeting was with Joe Silvestri. Meeting with one of the owners let us know, to them, it is more than building a house. Joe answered all of our questions without trying to pressure us into signing a contract. When we did decide to build with Silvestri Homes, we met with Carlo Silvestri. Carlo sat down with us and went over the floor plan to make sure we were all on the same page. He even gave us some suggestions that ultimately made the home much better. Even with all of the preparatory work that went into our design prior to breaking ground, we still didn't think of everything. This is where Silvestri Homes truly separates itself from the other builders. Throughout the six months it took to build our home, my wife and I continued to think of new things we thought would improve our home. Joe just kept making whatever adjustments needed to be made to make it happen. In talking with other builders, making changes during the construction phase was akin to mission impossible. Being a custom builder doesn't stop once contruction starts with Silvestri Homes.
After living in our home for about five months and reflecting on our decision to choose Silvestri Homes, there has never been a day where we feel as though we would have chosen any other builder. While Matt and I were out at our new Silvestri home tonight, a couple with their daughter showed up and asked to tour our home. I said "YES!" They fell in love with your craftsmanship and your home. (Just like Matt and I did) I gave them the tour and the women was crying by the time we got to the master bathroom( a happy cry). While giving the tour a neighbor stopped over and also toured the home. The neighbor also told everyone what great guys the Silvestri brothers are to work with.
The house looks great! Toni is tiling the master bath and it is gorgeous! Oh, one more thing. Your subcontractors are wonderful! Many have told us what great builders you are and that your good guys to work for. I've said it before and I will say it again, we feel very fortunate that our paths crossed with you and your brother. Your homes are beautiful!
